History Of Stanfordpedia

Stanfordpedia was created in April of 2008 as a project for CS73N, an introseminar called Business on the Information Highways. Under the guidance of Gio Wiederhold, Avron Barr and Shirley Tessler, Stanfordpedia was created by a Stanford Freshman in the spring of 2008 with the hope of pooling the knowledge of the masses to create a free, constantly updating encyclopedia about Stanford University.
